Despite a minor hiccup with the room selection, the friendly front desk staff quickly resolved the issue and provided us with a clean and comfortable Queen room. the accommodation was peaceful, catering to our need for a ground floor room due to a disability without any hassle. We were impressed by the complimentary breakfast offerings, setting a positive tone for each day of exploration in the Madras area. the convenient location allowed us easy access to local attractions such as the Indian Head Casino and the Crooked River National Grassland. the on-site amenities like the seasonal outdoor pool and whirlpool provided a relaxing retreat after our adventures. The exemplary service extended beyond our stay when the room cleaner found and promptly returned my wife's lost wallet, showcasing the integrity and warmth of the staff. the seamless experience, coupled with the consideration for our needs, has definitely left a lasting impression, and we look forward to returning to Quality Inn Madras for future visits in the area.
